    V-Guard Industries: Outcome of board meeting

    V-Guard Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 26, 2016, has considered the proposal of commencement of operations of the in-house PVC compounding unit at Chavadi, Coimbatore as part of backward integration and the unit is expected to commence commercial production by end of August, 2016.
